I like that Kaiji is giving away his money to all the friends he's made along the way, getting rid of it like in the classic arcs, I do wonder if he'll go meet any other existing character that needs closure.

Fukumoto went from being a gag manga writer with the occasional emotional moment to writing suspense and heart-touching drama to doing a random sex joke for many chapters in a row in his flagship series' sequels. I don't even have an opinion on that, it's just a weird evolution.
