You're changing the font too much, and font size is inconsistent. Stick with one font except for shouting, even that can be covered with bold+italic version of same font, and other bubble types. As a beginner use wild worlds, and always double check your mistakes.

@dexec Use Filter > Sharpen > Sharpen or Filter > Sharpen > Unsharp Mask in PS. Pages are so blurry it's a hazard for eyes.

Help would be suggesting 22 or 24 px for text size and keeping it consistent unless bubble is too small or unnecessarily big.
