Crazy that the elevator doors are partially opened with no power. Clearly, something happened after the red zone everywhere period. I assume the mystery of the place was solved and these levels were abandoned or maybe guaranteed?
By the time those two realize there's a problem, maybe they'll...
Looking at the art on the cover. something feels really off. The MC missing most of his brain is just part of that.
Reading the comments, I'm glad I avoided taking a look at what this was, seems like a shitshow.

???
The villain group only has one man in it. Other comments before on here were talking about some of the female characters, I guess because they look like men, which I thought they were at first too.
Lol, looking back at this the Admiral is such a perv he openly presents it. It's no wonder he's there, he's too much for humans and makes the fleet girls relax more while exposing his power level. The other humans there must see some shit sometimes.
Edit: Okay the fleet girls are a bit too...
Going through this crap, I'm surprised at how lazy the character development, story and world-building is. Even with cliched isekai trope manga, they put more effort than this.
The MC is a cardboard cutout mess. Rapey girl is given a shit background for the readers and MC to ignore what she was...
How did magic fight with powerful energy blast not wake anyone up? No one walking in the street or looking out their windows...
Even skimming to this to the latest chapter is also tedious.
This went down the drain fast.
Everyone is shown to be braindead. First, a weirdo introduces herself and nothing comes of it. Even modern tropes would have her be looked at like she's crazy.
She floats in the air and no one sees her, she casts visible magic in front of the teacher and others...
