There is literally no reason for this to be isekai, this could easily just be normal fantasy, why is this isekai. The MC isn't even specially different due to being isekai'd, he's practically the same as a normal child.

This manga isn't good, by any means, its completely shallow and world building is barely given any thought. BUT it moves at a lightning pace with nonstop action to the point that its just a nice mindless read, I actually look forward to reading it every month because there's just so fucking much...

The author tweeted that they found the english translation for their manga, seems they think that the translators having to translate all the raps to english is tough on them and that it being tagged "Ecchi" is kind of weird but its better than it being tagged "Hentai" it seems.
