Probably DMCA takedowns, which happen often but even so some sites manage to stay under the radar and not be affected. However there doesn't seem to be any group that picked this translation for some reason... Even though the manga is so popular and has raw's available.

Dude, this thing is really amazingly addictive. I love it a lot but people keep dropping this project. It's translated up to chapter 92 and there are 108 chapters available on Kakao. Why won't anyone pick this one up.

What the hell happened to this manga, seems to have been pulled down from everywhere. I was able to read it up to chapter 20 on mangarock but they took down the page. Can't find any updates at all...
