So basically filolials don't exist in that world, making Filo an anomaly. So the world tries to fix this anomaly by converting her to something else that's close to what she is that does exists in that world.

@FYZdnt you'd rather they stretch it to a couple more chapters? Personally I don't mind a whole lotta more of loli baba(hell I'd love it), but I've been spoiled about some events that occurs in the future that really intrigues me. So much so that I can't really wait for it to come
