@alacaelum well you agotta remember these foxes aren’t exactly random mobs. They were handpicked and had probably been put through hellish training by the other fox(who’s likely to be final villain) to bring out their full potential.

@Mogima there are cases of herbivores eating meat if they get the chance to do so. You can YouTube videos of horses eating ham slices ,water bisons eating snakes or giraffes eating rabbits/bones.

No that has been debunked, the female will rarely eat the male after sex.
The male mantis has about a 70- 95% survival rate post sex depending on food scarcity.
Granted they are cannablistic and will eat smaller mantis but that happens regardless of sex of the mantis.
