Ahhhh..... Please someone pick up this Manga again....!!! This manga is really interesting

I'm not quite understand the plot of story.... If all the 19+1 are from same mother then how can boy has 2 sisters with same age...?? I mean i dont think that all of them have same mother.... It's just his biological mother is taking care of all the girls.
