'帰れ' in 'だから 帰れない' means sth like going home/going back.
Shamilator's "so I can't get back" meant that she couldn't return, rather than being unable to get her core back.

Rather than clothesline, 物干し竿 is a laundry pole. It's more fitting with the 'stick' theme anyway.

I'm pretty sure "…自分と大切なものを 守るために 使ってください" means something like
"... please use it...
