Unfortunately it is a support issue since I doubt anyone is bothered to check the reported chapters. For example Gangking c53 isn't removed despite being already reported. This have happened many times in the past and thousands of chapters at MD are modified or originate from aggregator's sites...

I would like to mention that more than half of mangadex's chapters are modified and probably originate from aggregator sites (low quality jpeg) . It would be nice if someone has archived the original releases and replace the existing files.
