@Murakuma Nice catch. I actually didn't check up on the card's grade when translating the unit's names. It's interesting you mention they use units from V. This is a pretty old one-shot.

@Maiorem that's true but 焦がれ can also be a masu-stem form of 焦がれる. Taking away the ru won't lose it's meaning. It makes more sense to go with desire here with how it references to the previous chapter where Koku says everyone yearns for Yoriichi's talent where the exact same kanji is used.

@Maiorem 焦がれ translates to yearning, longing, being in love with. The kanji 焦 alone stands for burning/scorching. MangaPillar translated wrong (they also used this group's cleaned raws without permission and pawned it off as theirs).
