Bump of Chicken - Laugh Maker

This is one of few series I read the manga of while also watching the anime. It's a good action suspense story while retaining it's points of romance.

This series will always make me smile.

It's wholesome, but also bittersweet. You find yourself really feeling for the characters as you learn more about their backstories. The art is pretty stunning too.

For the most part, I watched the anime, curiosity drove me towards finishing the manga and... Well, it made me cry. The ending is pretty heart-breaking, but overall it's a good story about a team of paranormal researchers/exorcists.

This was a very enjoyable binge read, it had a lot of suspenseful, heart-breaking, and sweet moments. The ending was heartwarming, a solid coming of age story.
