They did question why he has a 0 at the front. But no one has EVER had a max potential over 80. So, it's more logical to assume that there's something odd with his magic than to assume that he not only has potential several tiers above the greatest person ever, but he started with that power...

@Snakekid1, 'underage' is different in different places. 16 is old enough in some, 18 is still too young in others. (Bahrain and Portugal are both 21, for example)
