I don't care about this side couple at all, especially not a WHOLE chapter with them, why not do a spin off with them?? I read this for YuYang and LiHuan, not for anyone else. And seriously, this other storyline is like any other generic Yaoi Manga plot. :/ Feels like a (bad) filler to me...
