I've read till chapter 5. It's a really stupid yet fun manga to read. As long as you're not trying to think too seriously about the plot, you'll find this manga enjoyable. @Asriel while it's true in hebrew it means "anointed one", but in english the word messiah could be synonym to "savior"...

I'd say it's free fall from good manga into trash manga. I really hate how the plot was written. Anyway, avoid to read this manga, unless you're someone who want to feel disappointed later.
