It's the same word actually. 旦那(read: danna) can mean husband, but can also be used to respectfully address someone. An English parallel would probably be the word "boss", which can mean someone's superior or be used to call someone somewhat respectfully.
Ooeda Hyouka (the aunt), I haven't seen the raw so I don't know the characters used for her name, but isn't it possible that it's a pun with 氷菓 (also read hyouka, meaning ice cream), since she likes soft serve?
