The eyepatch guy is real weird about him. Man's drinking and singing a song about lost love or at the very least it seems a lot like a song about lost love.

Chapter 4 I said something about him getting a Master in about 3-5 chapters but it appears I was incorrect. Not only was it more than five chapters but it was also about twenty masters teaching him shit! Look at that! Impressive to be sure.
