@Goldenzal Actually in the novel it was a test of character, you had to make the spirits forgive you. Manga also left out the bird being briefly suspicious of how he was able to pass because bird could sense his evil or something.
@Klordz In the novel the bird is stunned for a sec and thinks something is wrong (outright senses evil in MC) but dismisses it. Bird didn't actually see the test.
Not sure what some of you are on about, Mieruko sees everything and Romm all but certainly does too. That he was testing among things earplugs and sunglasses says a lot.
Also, there's been no instance where Julia saw a spirit Mieruko couldn't. She sees auras which Mieruko doesn't.
Okay the webtoon left out something rather important.
In the novel the Elf King reveals that the Famtasy World wasn't some simulation but an actual world that the teaching staff carved up like "cheddar" into different dimension fragment things. Every run is through one of those pieces, each...
@LordPants You did forget that they changed Morals to a woman and be more than messages appearing out of nowhere.
(For those who haven't read the WN, Morals was originally just a male member of the teaching staff who'd sent like a single message then almost always immediately leave without...

You pretty much died for her but you won't return her feelings, even when NOT doing so actually endangers those around you.
What does "get to know her better" even fucking mean? You already know everything there is to know about her.
Jesus mangaka, you've created a situation where the MC is...
Not that fond of this twist to be honest.
Lucy's songs were still capable of giving even animals psycho urges, that's not something Wakana could have brought about. And way long ago there was a scene with Lucy briefly coming back as someone's personality only to be killed by Wakana. Their...
"Fight for justice" Misa didn't give a shit about justice, she murdered people left and right. Her only "good" actions were done for either her own amusement or to defend herself.
