Similar to Sort by Last updated, but filtered to the language specified in the Chapter language filter. i.e. if you only read French and have set that as your filter, when you sort the reading/search list it is ordered by the latest French update rather than the latest update of any language...

Yes, number can work this way. While most countries typically increment by 1,000s, that was not the original intention. Originally 1 billion should have read as: 1,000,000,000,000, or 1 million million. So we could have had a number like 999 thousand million and still not be into the billions...
