Chapters are out of order?

This manga is making me tear up abit

theres another really shitty translation, halfway through chapter 82, but its painful to read from them, I wish this group would continue :(

I'm currently reading this, on chapter 14 he is trying to convince his sister in law that he can be a better man, then on chapter 15 he is raping her. What is wrong with the MC?

For some reason I'm only getting notification of new chapter through RSS feed, on the chapters menu it reads "No chapters in your selected languages"
