I enjoy the meme translations, but they were kinda overdone this chapter. The 'YOLO' bit especially felt out of place.

@calmbreez The 'romance' is comic relief. There is no serious development.

@skalmaen For real. I went back and re-read the chapter in case I missed something. Nope. It's just a funny gag to jokingly explain why Sakurai has his own apartment.

@RazorsEdge I can't speak for the anime, I haven't watched it. The Manga is worth reading from the start just for the art though, the art and facial expressions are hysterical. I have a ton of them saved as reaction images and profile pictures.

This is... quite boring. MC solves all his problems effortlessly and doesn't really have a personality. The world mechanics never get explained, so the MC's growth feels meaningless. There's no sense of conflict or immersion. I do not understand the high rating at all, it's a blandly average...
