That "completed" means that the last chapter has been published in Japan, but doesn't say anything about what's available here on Mangadex. So presumably there's still more to come (though I'm not sure how much).

It's impossible to read this and not fall in love with Niko. The whole way through, you want nothing but her happiness. Thank goodness Kei feels the same way -- and the author, too, I think.
