Folks, I apologize for the delay in formally announcing the Mega Anniversary Contest winner. As you all may or may not have noticed, we're having a few issues with the site that we've been working to fix. I had put off announcing the winner in the hopes of having several things to announce at...
@Pnutz
Expect an announcement either today or tomorrow. Sorry for the delay. Things didn't work out the way I wanted to so I could announce 2-3 things, which is why I waited.
I appreciate your patience!
@Pnutz
I've been putting off announcing the winner because I've been waiting to make several announcements at once. If I don't hear from @Holo in a couple of days, I'll go ahead with my own plans.
I picked a lot of old school stuff. I see that Garaa and Naruto came pretty close to being *the* BFFs of all time! If you didn't vote for the two boys who bonded over having demons in their stomachs, then I don't know what to say to you. :v
Apologies for the late thread, folks. Real life has kicked my butt these last three weeks.
Without further ado, here are your contestants and their entries! A reminder, each entry is separate. So contestants who submitted more than one entry cannot "combine" those votes to be declared the...

I apologize for the late reply. Real life has been kicking my butt!
There is no danger in actually accepting the request. I made that recommendation because unfortunately, not everyone is able to discern suspicious links from legitimate ones. These "friends" can and will send...

@ThePaulBunyanTrophy
I just realized that you did a chapter of Kyoukasho ni Nai! Man, I would love you forever if you'd finish that series. I've been waiting on an update since my mangafox days.
A grammar nazi after my own heart.

@Paper324
Do you plan on making money off of the app in any way? If so, then I believe you should not be developing that app at all.
You might argue that you want to recoup dev costs (I think Apple charges devs $99 to put their stuff on the App Store) but I'd point out that @Holo paid for MD...
@Cyreader
Several users have made similar suggestions. While we appreciate the input, it is safest for us from an information security standpoint to move solely to crypto.
Just to reiterate from the OP, there are some apps on both stores that aren't necessarily called "MangaDex" but use us as sources for content. If it's free, we're mostly ok with that. If it is a "premium app" (meaning you have to pay to download. I know that seems obvious but not everyone is...
Public Service Announcement:
We have noticed that some new manga applications on the Apple App Store and Google Play are using us as sources, which is fine, but are hiding access to those sources behind a paywall, which is not.
We wish to remind everyone that there is NO OFFICIAL MANGADEX...
