Is the "Three times" thing just a running gag in this manga? Kukuri said it a few chapters ago when getting molested too.

No hesitation whatsoever. Seeing his past and how he was a huge reason people close to him were killed or hurt. He just pulls up his big boy pants. I wish I hadn't slept on this series for so long, but at the same time I'm glad I did because it means I get to binge all of this.

The best part of this chapter was the gag added by the scanlation team at the end lol. Shrek memes always get a laugh out of me because I had to watch it hundreds of times as a kid because it was my mom's favorite movie so she basically watched it on loop lol.
