They need to remove the shoujo ai or yuri tag, because they are just side characters, not related to the main story. As I said in the main comments, if Unoki was a girl crossdressing, then yes.

I would take the Yuri tag out. This is not the main couple, they are just side characters and unless unoki is a crossdresser, I don't think is necessary.
