@kn1000a The original manga run may only have 4 volumes, but the sequel manga is ongoing (it appears to have the same characters since Nona was on the cover of vol. 1 and Vernois is on the cover of vol. 2, released last month.)

@stef I am not super familiar with Jojo lore either, but i do know that vampires were major antagonists for several story arcs in the manga. The thing Yakumo is hinting at may just be a "vampire pride" thing, since that is certainly something that Rin seems to have in spades.

Untranslated note: It appears from the cover of that manga Yakumo picked up that Rin is a fan of Jojo's Bizarre Adventure. Also, i guess vampires aren't "cold as the dead" in this setting- not that manga is too faithful about the whole "undead" thing in general, what with the blushing...

Super random thought: The vampire could recognize that there was something off about the snow. Either there's something generically "mystical" about the snow that other supernatural creatures could recognize, or... Mizore has some odd traits that aren't traditionally associated with snow women...
