I'm still not entirely sure what happened in this Chapter.
I'm reasonably certain I understood everything up to this point, but I do not know why she's suddenly the "enemy of Humanity". Has to be related to something that happened in those twelve years that were skipped. Can't think of anything...
I have on Question:
If the A.I.s can't harm Humans, and the Soldieroids aren't an exception (as made clear by the fact that they had to make sure there was no Human in the Area)...why did anybody develop A.I.-Soldiers in the first place? Against what were they supposed to fight 12 years ago?

She seems to be trying to find out more about how the Infection exactly spreads. Mainly mutations to the Bodies of the Infected to more easily spread to others, and how the Infection affects the Zombies behaviour.
