@conscript117 Probably one of two things: Either she DOES think it's the simp and wants to make sure he can't escape from her, or she already knows it's Leash and trapped the simp so he can't try and come for Leash's rescue.

This chapter is so awful, the brother treats Charls inventions as if they were something inherently evil, which they are not. Just think about it logically, if someone for example would have told Henry Ford that the invention of cars should've been hidden away or even disposing early prototypes...

@Mojo I concur. Additionally only refrigerating the mass wouldn't help at all for formation of ice crystals, as refrigerators usually don't go below 0°C anyway. You'd want to put the ice cream mass into a freezer to freeze it. But, I'm guessing her cold magic works similarly as dry ice or liquid...
