@Winstonite eh what the hell, Japan does have some French brand of a cheese and garlic sauce called Tartare. But タルタルソース translates to tartar sauce, and a quick Google search confirms it is eaten with torikatsu. Although I might be misunderstanding you, but you did type "tatare sauce". But...

Slight translation (or spelling?) mistake on page 9. It says the chicken cutlet is served with tatare and Worcestershire sauce, but it's supposed to be tartar sauce. Tartare is a dish of shaped chopped raw meat, usually fish or if steak tartare, horse or beef.

Was not expecting PFD CO2 cartridges to be so pricey wow. And with JP conversion rates they're actually on the cheaper side. I wonder if it's possible to create reusable cartridges. Of course manufacturers probably don't want to make one, but it'd be cool to DIY it.

English toast is so weird lol. I don't recall it from when I lived in Japan, but it's like an inferior version of the sugared toast I often had for breakfast when I lived there. Still shokupan, but slathered with butter and not margarine, then sprinkled with sugar and put in the toaster oven...

I found this manga because of a video on YouTube too! Bookmarked this because I wanted to save it to check up on it later, so happy to see it translated. The rakugo itself wasn't translated though, right? Any plans for that later?

This is nice and fluffy. Unfortunate that neither unofficial nor official translations have gotten anywhere yet, I was perfectly willing to buy the LN off of YenPress, but it releases in October.

I know this mangaka always likes to write stuff like this, but if I had the money I'd commission them or anybody just to write a sequel where he saves her from this fate.

Lol, you can tell the author hasn't had unprocessed shark before (though maybe processed, since Japan actually eats a decent amount of shark as fish balls and other foods). It doesn't tend to taste very good unless it's soaked in something to draw out the ammonia.
