I understand how the loop itself works but it isn't clear how it started. This makes it seem like future Wolken was used to create past Wolken, which doesn't make sense by itself in a closed loop. I guess the first Wolken could have been made in the future, sent to the past, killed by Benetnasch...

I think the use of "This is what happened last night" is really lazy for this new '100 days' genre of story making that seems to be coming around. Each chapter (i.e. day) should contain happenings FROM THAT DAY, not of a previous day!
