I disagree with the mother's conclusion. She is observing actions without context. Bullying requires power, so a bully always has other options. Someone starving to death has no power and should be forgiven. I think moralizing without understand power leads to shallow conclusions.
How are these kids raised that they think throwing darts at cats is ok?
I've seen this mistreatment of animals scenario in manga/anime before. Is 'groups of children mistreating kittens' really common enough to have become a trope? 😟
While Sniter is right as to the context, I do find the smell of smoke strangely appealing. Fear of getting hooked on the smell is one of the reasons I never even tried smoking.
Some people in the comments seem to think they are such sophists that emotes are beneath them.😂Emotes are a stylistic choice and, in my opinion, they can be quite cute. 😊No need to thumb your nose at people who use them.
Normally, I skip extras, but with Dou I'm delighted to have extras.
Edit: Oof. I'm in the same boat as you, OnlyReadsRomance.😭I console myself knowing I probably wouldn't be a good parent anyway.
I agree with her on the bit about parents. Treasuring someone merely because of some happenstance like birth is naive. To expect an abused child to treasure their abuser is gross.
I like our protagonist, but I question the MLs compatibility with her. Still, I'll give it a shot.
Anything but 'D'. Long hair is overrated.
Edit: Also, I can't imagine caring about something like "carrying on family name". It replaces caring about family with caring about the aesthetics of family.
Stalkers these days don't even have the consideration to not show themselves? Shameful. Someone is gracious enough to let you stalk them, but you still reveal yourself.
Also, MC's underwear are terrible.
