From the synopsis I thought she'd only be able to see/read people's emotions, but the unique concept of people (her/him) seeing other's emotions as creatures is interesting in how unique it is but somehow it's... dull. Maybe from their age and plots or the atmosphere of the story since the art...

Yes! I'd love a manga of this. The cliche concept of protagonist's (male or female) having scary misunderstood glares but in this one both have it and love it to the point of being physically attracted to each other. Fuck, if only it'd become a manga... 7/10.
