@yfg The pacing is definitely a part of it but rather than just the split parts it's how fast and yet slow the story/character seemed to change. Some of the dense jokes were a bit overdone as well
@OmarAlsoBilly I agree most of the 1s are because of people like that. For me personally I just gave it a 6 and dropped it because the comedy wore off quite fast for me. It didn't seem to have enough variation to the gag to keep it going.
I can feel how fragile his being okay is. He's one step away from a total relapse.
@catbot158 The tone and framing is always important in this series so you bet there is going to be problems. He's kind of too desperate about it to be actually okay.
Finally we're back to main storyline. Also it's true she's acting like her ex in wallowing in her own sorrows and insecurities and hurting MC because of it.
Finally! Seems like this side-flashback arc is finished. Honestly I don't know why the author did it this way. This could have been either really condensed or given piece-meal as flashbacks in the main arc chapters.
Honestly there wasn't much there that had to be shown and unlike the main arc I...
This chapter again proves that this manga has 'it'. This was just really a wind down slife chapter and yet it easily caught and kept my interest with further information and world building neatly included.
@Pyrexian_Dude @lenovoaxioo I think those 'flowers' may actually be his hair.
Edit: Nvm, they're just hiding some of it, though his hair is done in fluffy drills.
