@Kradulus my guess is the warrior is trying to take control of the party/ manipulate the hero and the childhood friend keeps getting in his way/looking out for the hero so he wants to kick him out It also make sense to get rid of the mage if all he could do was debuff while other party members...

Their team looks like it’s made up of two swordsman ( one of them might qualify as a spell sword maybe?), a tank, an archer and a debuff mage so swamping out the mage for a healer doesn’t seem that bad of an idea
