I have no idea what is going on, why there is a war, who the god and bad guys are, or anything that would make me interested in this manga. It fails as an introductory chapter. Was this chapter published by mistake?

I like Isekai stories but this one is shit. MangaDex has a trash can so this one gets put in the Dropped list after 2.2 chapters.

The art style is weird. In a lot of panels the peoples head sizes are bigger than what they should be. There is very little actual white. It's like the artist grayed out the page before she started. Everything looks darker than it should be. Many backgrounds are done in a blurry style.

This translation is very hard to read.

None of the manga I view load. Every single image is broken. Tried legacy and normal viewer. Images are broken in both.

Rape as a cheap plot device, one that isn't even needed to advance the plot. MC could have been powered up by desperation / determination to stay alive. This one gets Dropped in the garbage can.

Do people only get one skill on their skill tree? If he can restore weapons and (maybe?) armor that are damaged in monster battles then why isn't he making a ton of money fixing equipment? Or getting people to help him farm skill points in return for item fixing? Can he break something in half...

Looks like somebody randomly re-uploaded chapter 1 by Humble Scan. That group was just one person, has a total of two releases, and has not released anything for 10 months. This manga most likely will never see another update.

Wowe Scans was working on it but that group is dead. They nuked all their releases on this site and the groups website is down too. The publication status above says Canceled so I doubt that there will be any releases for this.
