A protagonist who CAN'T fall into despair because his day to day life was already worse than the worst outcome. Pretty funny.

Still holding up well past the 5 chapter mark. It helps that there are many small arcs. This one gets added to my "20 chapter" list to see if it holds up its quality. But yeah its still super good so far.

The introduction to each of these characters was way way too forced. Like the author red an old harem manga like Love Hina and was like "oh hey that formula looks good, I'll copy it," without looking at the thousands of other copies that already exist. Very stilted, and the protagonist...

I came into this not expecting much and FUCK if this isn't a good-ass manga.

So this is like Peter Grill but with a better plot and more likeable characters.

Its a major shame that the translator will be putting it on indefinite hiatus, and an even bigger shame that the LN's author requested that no one translate it outside of official translations. Which of course means that we will not be getting a translated LN for a long time (if ever) and that...
