@cash-616 Well, Koiwai said this chapter that Yotsuba will enter school in 3 months. That would be in march. My prediction is that the manga will continue until July. Not sure how Japans school system works that you can enter school in march though....

@betelgeuse @cash-616 The manga will most likely end when one year has passed in-story. Chapter 1 started with summer holidays for the school kids. Google says those start in the middle of July in Japan. This chapter Koiwai said it‘s december right now, so we haven‘t even reached 6 months yet...
