I was expecting the reveal to be more grandiose (like full body reveal of adult Hori or something). It's a 10-year-skip after all.
Chapter 3 hits differently after I read this one. Especially that part when Martina asks if Theodore will "take back the order he gave her," to which he answers, "Do what you must." It finally makes sense why she was torn apart back then.
Now we just need to know why Theodore "betrayed" her in...
"...we changed the way we operated..."

I thought it's too convenient that the targets were always the scum of society. Does this have anything to do with it?
