@ShinTenshiro20 In Japanese, sentences don't have subjects. So when she said "I love" it could have been heard as "I love you" But then she clarified that she saying "I love Mendakos." I'm pretty sure she was just trying to sneak in a sneaky "I love you" to Komura though.

The thing about SFX is that people will only notice them if they're redrawn poorly. I think writing an sfx note to the side of the panel is sufficient. You shouldn't redraw complicated scenes where people will likely not even glance over it.
