Tbh, I haven’t really enjoyed the whole ‘’my mother put some type of magic spell on me” arc or plot point or whatever you want to call it. I think the story could have been better without it.

This just seems really drawn out for no reason. I’m actually debating on dropping this because I looked at the raws and it seems like everyone’s an idiot and that has to be drilled into our heads over and over again instead of the story actually progressing.

Thanks for the speedy update! I’m wondering if she’ll learn magic because the title is ‘the evil sorceress’. Although, both the description and these first two chapters imply she does not have magic and did not have it in the book.
