Why are people talking about them getting a life extension? As the MC literally said, even if he could live a longer life, the 3 days he has with Miyagi are way better than any extension. It is perfect and doesn't need anything extra.

This is scarily good. I was basically bawling the entire ride. The somber and melancholic tone really get to you and the message portrayed is beautiful. I loved this so much, I had to reevaluate my reviews for other manga to put this as the standard for a 10.
