As I posted on a previous chapter of the old scanlator - Yuuki (祐希 / ゆうき) is more accurate than Yuki (ゆき) imo since they are different pronunciations and even different names (i.e. 雪) when not using a macron.
Yeah this translation is better. Einherjer's typesetting is better. Would be great if you could team up, though that might cause issues again if the TS decides to take a break or something.

Great translation. Very natural. Being a native speaker familiar with youth speech makes a massive difference.
It's just a casual way to thank someone, not uncommon in Japanese. It should be something similarly casual and common in the translation. A simple "thanks" is probably best, considering it's informal language in a formal (workplace) setting, and especially considering the usual image of distance...
