Same problem, trying to change ratings from https://mangadex.org/follows/manga/0/2 (manga tab sorted by title) and it just jumps to the top of the page. Changing the status to Completed works, though.

Instead of "recommending" some random unread chapters from your follows, why not just have an "Unread" page that lists ALL your follows that have unread chapters? Right now it's almost pointless to follow any old manga you find that isn't still updating, because it'll never show up in your...
