I only started reading this now and after seeing Gold in chapter 4 I can already tell this is gonna end up with Red vs Gold at the top of Mt. Silver. Super excited to keep reading, this is exactly what I hoped Pokemon Adventures would be but sadly fell short to deliver.

@Pen3 He was literally training someone many ranks above him (one of the highest I think) and still beating his daughter who is meant to be just one of the strongest around. It's one thing if he was still capable but his daughter just went and whooped his ass with ease but her not doing so...

And so ended one of the best high school manga ever written. I'm sure these are happy tears. Got no words left to describe this, absolutely brilliant to the very end. I just can't wait to see what else this author has in store for us. Thank you to everyone who made it possible for us to enjoy this.

@Kefkabot As good as Chihiro is at reading Yugami it feels like it's hard for her to see that he has been slowly changing and expects him to say things he'd say at the start of the series. Or maybe he really hasn't changed and is gonna troll us all.

Honestly, it's pretty damn annoying how he's this strong but all he can do is keep saying how weak he really is. It works at first but jesus, after 13 chapters we are still in the same "I can beat these strong adventurers but I'm actually super weak" trope and that just makes for an annoying read.

This manga is just so... magical. It's really hard to express but getting this invested in a series is such an amazing experience, I feel like a part of *my* life is ending and changing and it's such a bittersweet feeling, the type you get really sad about but you're so, so glad you experienced it.
