This reminds me a lot of both Cross Channel and Tsukihime. Can't help but think this would have been better off ending at chapter 46, but Japanese media tends to be big on the open ending. It's a decent read despite that, albeit grim for everyone involved.

Any chance of Death Toll picking up the incomplete Toume Kei works? I've been reading through all of them after finding Kuuden Noise no Himegimi.

Pacing was off on the reveal but overall I really liked the relaxed supernatural SoL feel. There's a few modern manga doing it, but most of them have a harem element.

This has 120 chapters? Feels a bit like Higanjima...
