This is basically a romance development I would expect from an eroge romance VN, but never from a manga. I have to assume something is still gonna happen after Megu leaves (though, no saucy H-scene in an all-ages manga sadly).

Now I really wonder how this is gonna turn out, knew that she knew about his feelings (she's in her twenties, you should be able to see the thought process of someone more than 4 years younger than you). All I wonder is how the creator gonna figure this situation out.

Boys after turning into a girl lose their slightest common sense they probably had and get raep by "friends" that somehow never have a girlfriend and can't be trusted to support you in a time...
