@Duainfey, So far, most of the chapters have been quick paced. The author packs a lot in a single chapter. This chapter, for instance, the main point that the author wanted to establish was that Alicia will be praying for 100 days. The rest is just filler. I think that the "save Jessie" side...
Throwing some speculations on the table:
Rescuing Jessie *insert Breaking Bad meme* was apparently a side quest. But since neither Sekai nor the mother knew of the password, Sekai probably didn't encounter a prior side quest that would have otherwise revealed the password.
Will seems to be up to...
@Harry_Dong, The only way what Sekai said makes any sense is by assuming he's referring to the meteor shower's damage alone. I'm a bit surprised that the author's editor didn't catch that, since Sekai didn't specify and readers will find what he said absurd unless they put some effort into...
@speedysam0, that's the official name (see the cover). I try to keep things the way the author named them in case he plans to use that in some sort of reference, word play, ... etc. But yeah, the Japanese aren't the best as far as English is concerned, so don't let that bother you too much.
@a27wolf I just copied the nips from the volume release. If there were none in the first place, the author intended it as such.
The bottom halves are sometimes still hidden with a ray of light (the author did it).
I'll release uncensored chapters at an appropriate time after future volumes become available. Chapters will most likely be released on a volume basis so expect some delays.
For those lacking humility or that are just retard: Next time try to ask for what you want politely. Engaging in public...
To any one questioning the order of the pages: The order is correct.
* The author doesn't do smooth transitions.
* The bath scene is a flashback that took place after the 1st page of chapter 3.
* Sekai says the skill name "Level 9 - Slash" before he activates it.
When Volume 2 comes out, I'll...
@Salfaro
I agree. And I guess the author might have thought that that would make it too obvious (Fukumoto-sensei's style is quite unique). Otherwise, why would he talk about the psychology/mental-state of gamblers who don't learn their lesson.
@Kampfarsch
All of the references the author makes are subtle: D*o/"someone with the same ability" (i.e. stand user), Ma**o, Cloth/Cygnus, Goblin King (spelled differently), ...
For the Kaiji reference in particular, the author reserved the whole page in an effort to make the reference subtle...
@Kampfarsch
The author inserted a reference to Kaiji in the sense that Sekai keeps betting his time on a (baseless) assumption, that is, his present world has video game rules and concepts.
@Owyn
That scene is a flashback.
