That was a fast-paced chapter, actually kind of refreshing compared to how they usually go. Also nice to see elementary school students actually able to use the stuff they learned in school in a real-life situation.

My guess is this chapter was a reaction to low rankings, so they tried to make it as eventful as possible so it wouldn't be axed. It feels like a late chapter from a manga that's gotten axed, but since this manga lasts six volumes and this is from volume four I guess the axe-save worked.
