I wasn't expecting this one and the last chapter to be connected. Very cool. Is there some urban legend about stuff like this or is it original? Also so the lady was safe from whatever in the house, maybe because the guy saw it? I don't know but this didn't go the way I expected but it was...
When he mentioned the song was the exact length to when he exited the alley I knew what was coming. When he didn't sing that one time I was like, Oh man you messed up hard. I feel bad for him. So he's trapped there forever with the ghost or whatever now? Also it's cool to see the Lamp Shop...
This was a great cute read. I do wonder what is the level of communication between the humans and animals. It looks like the animals and humans understand each other. Am I wrong? Either way I really liked this series and can't wait to see more.
Just found this because of the update. This looks like it's starting off nice. Can't wait to see the other couples introduced at the beginning of the series.
This chapter had a cool creepy feel. Also like that rule which is different from all the other chapters/series I've read. Wonder what happened to the guy. Also nice to finally see the titular shop. Wonder if this will reveal the origins of the people or it'll all be mysterious supernatural...
@xXCrystalxX is right. If he dies ya'll will be together in heaven. When you know that it kinda just seems like they're dragging out the drama. Unless when he dies he forgets stuff from his life or something.
Thanx so much for translating this. Wasn't there a prequel or more of this translated somewhere? Like Facebook? I'd love a link if anyone has one.
Edit: Also the girl smashing that jar was epic. The cat's strike at the end was funny too. Such a cliffhanger though. It's disgusting people do this...
@Lithe I totally agree. I was expecting/hoping for them to settle the snake situation first. Unless this ties to it somehow which I doubt. Hopefully in the future they focus on one short story line before moving on to the other.
This was a great chapter. Never expected to see Hanako and that she was real in this universe but they handled it very cool. BTW what's the urban legend in the mirror at the end? A bloody mary type person?
I'm really curious why she asked why he turned himself into a Nekomata. Also he turned himself into one and it didn't just happen because of his age? Interesting.
