Why is every crossdressing body double in one of these manga named Albert?

How heavy does the crossdressing factor into this one? Or is it one of those where it's just a chapter or two late in the manga and someone gave it the tag anyway?

@Taikutsu18 I mean, it's a made up story. You absolutely do if that's how it's written. It's not like it'd be the first time in anime or manga someone died, entered another world, and the world around them changed to accommodate them, either.

This being updated had me looking up when it actually came out and I have now discovered that Ai Morinaga died in August of this year from an undisclosed illness. :(
